I. HISTORY
🏆JBSGP is a “one & done” golf pool which starts the first week of January (Sentry Tournament of Champions) & ends in August with the BMW tournament (the 2nd tournament of the three tournaments which comprise the FEDEX 🏆), a total of 33 PGA Tournaments.
The Solitude FEDEX Tour Championship is a separate tournament reserved for the top 30 highest DGs (Degenerate Gamblers) in the standings who have won a 🏆 (you get a 🏆 every time your pick wins a tournament).
🏆JBSGP started in 2020 with 10 players. In our first year $1,500 was paid out with David “DJ” Johnson our big winner ($745).
In 2021, ⛳️JBSGP jumped to 24 DGs, paid out $5,400 with rookie Wisconsin Cheesehead Scott “🏈” Bolman the big winner @ $1,054.
Last year, with 53 DGs, the elder Ron Rutter was the big Kahuna winning $2,458. A total of 34/53 DGs received a check, one broke even and 18 landed on the losing side (biggest loser, Rookie Don Redding® lost $171).
This coming year, it is estimated that we will have over 60 DGs participating. Entry fee remains the same, $100, & there is a mandatory $5/week for the $5 Weekly Contest.
The $5 Weekly Contest is settled at the end of the season.
The purse for this year will be finalized a week before the start of the season. Final prize pool obviously depends on the final number of entries. Solitude Fly Company, proud sponsor of the 🏆JBSGP, is popping $5,000 for the FEDEX playoffs.
II. HOW DOES IT WORK?
This is a brief explanation of how the 🏆JBSGP works. The details are explained in other Sections of this handy-dandy booklet. So don’t panic. Answers to your questions are all here. If not, email or call the Commissioner. Or better yet, read the official rules (Section VI).
Each week you pick one PGA PLAYER who you think will win the tournament for that week. Once you pick him, you cannot pick him again.
If your pick makes the cut, you earn the money he wins for that tournament. If you fail to make a pick by the Wednesday 7pm PDT deadline or your pick fails to make the cut or WDs during the tournament, it will cost you $5 (deposited in the Cup Bank & used to pay the following week’s 🏆 winner(s).
VIP – THE FOUR MAJORS pay double.
Players are ranked by how much 💰 their picks made them for the season. At the end of the season everyone gets a cash prize based upon where they finish in the standings. All entry fees are paid out.
You make your weekly picks on FGLweb.com. After each tournament on Sunday night, the dollar amount won for each player’s pick are posted on FGLweb.com. And more importantly, PGA winnings are calculated and our players are ranked in the standings after each tournament by FGLWeb.com.

Picking a player each week to WIN the tournament is your main goal. Anywhere you see a 🏆 by your name in the reports generated by the Commissioner informs the rest of the losers in our pool that you won a tournament, have your 💩 together and are a player to be reckoned with. More importantly winning a 🏆 gets you many perks (aka:money) & entry into the big bucks $5,000 season ending Solitude FEDEX 🏆PLAYOFFS. See Section V.

How to join the 🏆JBSGP.
Returning players need only pay the $100 entry fee. You are already registered from last year. You use your same User Name & Password.
NEW PLAYERS invited to join the 🏆JBSGP (yes, this is an Invitational Pool) have to join our pool (2023 BONK) on the FGLWeb.com as follows:
1. Log on to FGLWEB.com.
2. Hit the FGL HOME PAGE button. That will take you to a list of all the golf pools administered by
FGLWEB.com.
3. Look for our pool name (2023 BONK) & hit that button.
4. Now you are on the page that requires a code word to enter our pool. You will need to type in the code word every time you want to enter 2023 BONK.
5. The code word is Bonk (not case sensitive. It will automatically put in a capital B).
6. Congratulations! You have reached our Home Page. You should see a list of all the players in our pool with their Team Name (useless piece of information not used for anything).
7. On the home page, below the list of losers in our pool, you will see the Pool Reports section. These reports are in dark green and contain some good info.
8. Below the Pool Reports section is the OWNER MANAGEMENT section consisting of two important parts:
a. Logon to Manage Your Golf Picks
b. Join FGL Pool Now
9. Go to Join FGL Pool Now. The first page says send the Commissioner $100 & ask you to accept the Pool Rules which consist of everything in this booklet & especially Section VI - Official Rules. Once you hit agree, you are taken to the Owner Contact Page. Fill everything out but the Owner Demographics (not needed). The most important thing is choosing your User Name & Password. KISS! And don’t forget to write it down somewhere (front of this booklet) as you will use it every week to log on to make your pick.

On the OWNER MANAGEMENT Section (located on the bottom of the home page), hit Logon to Manage Your Golf Picks.
Enter your USER NAME & PASSWORD
On the bottom of the next page hit:
Make Your Pick For Week #
On the next page SCROLL down to find your pick from a long list of players, all of which have a PGA card, or not, and May or May not be playing in the tournament for that week.
Highlight your pick & then hit the UPDATE OWNER button! If you do not hit UPDATE OWNER, your selection will not be accepted.
VIP: Again, all the players with a PGA CARD are listed for you to choose from. That does not mean that they are all playing in the tournament. Make sure your selection has the word “playing” following his name before you make your pick.
If your pick was accepted you should receive a CONFIRMING EMAIL within ten minutes. No email = no pick.

III. HOW DO I WIN 💰?
There are many ways to win 💰 (aka: real 💵):
All players will receive 💰 depending on where they finish the season on the official Standings (tallied by the FGLWeb.com )
Where you are ranked depends on how much money your picks earn for you in each week’s tournament. The more money your picks earn for you, the higher up you will finish (Remember, the four Majors pay double). The higher you finish, the bigger the check.
All DGs get paid at the end of the season depending where they finish at the end of the FEDEX BMW tournament. Last place in the standings pays a $50 DFL prize.
Another way to make some moola —-There are three season long contests, all paying the winner $100 each:
the Most Eagles for the Season ; the Most Consecutive Cuts Made for the Season & the Most Missed Cuts for the Season. A big thanks to Ron Rutter, Corbin Miller & Mike Hill for sponsoring these contest.
BEEF JERKY FOR THE FOUR MAJOR WINNERS:
ADDITIONAL PRIZES COMPLIMENTS OF WILLIAM “PaPaLiTo” BRIDGFORD: Assorted quantities and varieties of Beef Jerky compliments of BRIDGFORD FOODS. Prizes to be awarded to winners of each Major Tournament. In case of a tie, winner is (1) the DG with the most 🏆 trophies & second tiebreaker is DG with the most money won in the standings.
Every week there is $5 Weekly Contest. All players have their account deducted $5/week & the total amount you win/lose is settled at the end of the year. Contest for each week are announced on Monday morning. For example, With 53 DGs last year, the prize pool each week was $265.
All DGs who pick the winner of a tournament earn a 🏆 and 💰 for winning the tournament, an entry into the SOLITUDE FEDEX 🏆 PLAYOFFS and receive a complimentary Vegas $5 Win Ticket on a player of their choice for all four Majors, compliments of Solitude Fly Company.
Hole-In-Ones pay $100 compliments of Solitude Fly Company (Last year Solitude ate six Hole-In-Ones). If multiple winners, they split the $100.
Double Eagles pay $200 each compliments of Solitude Fly Company (Last year Solitude ate one Double Eagle). If multiple winners, they split the $200.
“59” – (new this year) shoot a “59” & Solitude Fly Company pays you $100. If multiple winners, they split the $100.
“58 or lower” – (new this year) shoot a “58 or lower” & Solitude Fly Company pays you $200. If multiple winners, they split the $200.
EAGLES & TRIPLE BOGEYS: The good news here is that you win big bucks every day when your weekly pick scores an EAGLE (🦅) & the bad news is that you lose even bigger bucks every day your player scores a TRIPLE BOGEY (😱😱😱) or higher. See Section IV.
This year’s Solitude FedEx 🏆 PLAYOFFS will pay $5,000 over three FedEx Playoff tournaments. See 🏆FEDEX 🏆 PLAYOFFS for details
How to Lose $5 each week – guaranteed.
Missing the Cut, forgetting to pick a player or having your player WD before or after the start of a tournament will cost you $5 each week. Money will be deposited into the 🏆BANK (🏆🏦).
All accumulated funds in the 🏆🏦 will be paid to the “first 🏆 winner or split between multiple winners with the same pick for the following week. If no weekly winner, funds will roll over to the next week. Wash, rinse & repeat.
🏆🏦 starts the season @ $40, carry-over from last season.
TRIPLE BOGEYS (😱😱😱) are in play EVERYDAY.
If there are 53 players & your pick post a 😱😱😱 or higher, you will be debited $26 & all other players will be credited $0.50.
EAGLES (🦅) are in play every day:
If there are 53 players & your pick post an 🦅, you will be credited $13 & all other players will be debited a $0.25.
IV. FGLWeb.com
Without FGLWeb.com there would be no 🏆JBSGP. It is an independent fantasy golf league web site which administers numerous fantasy golf pools including our which is named: 2023 BONK. The “Code Word” to enter the pool is Bonk.
You go to this site (or not) weekly to pick your PGA player. There is a deadline each week for submitting your pick: WEDNESDAY @ 7pm Pacific Daylight Time.
Within minutes after the deadline, FGLWeb.com post the picks made by the DGs in our pool.
After the conclusion of each tournament, FGLWeb.com posts the amount of money won by each DGs pick and updates the weekly standings, ranking the DGs from top to bottom based on total money won year-to-date. This is the Commissioner’s official Money Leader Board (MLB). No hassles, no disputes. The FGLWeb.com has the final word for all tournaments in the 🏆JBSGP regular season which does not include the TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP, the final SOLITUDE FEDEX 🏆Playoff which is a draft format administered by the Commissioner (See Section).
V.SOLITUDE FEDEX CUP PLAYOFFS
Solitude Fly Company, proud sponsor of the 🏆JBSGP, announces that the 2023 SOLITUDE FEDEX CUP PLAYOFF prize pool is $5,000, distributed as follows:

All players who have won a tournament 🏆 qualify to play in all three above tournaments with only the top 30 🏆 winners eligible for the Tour Championship.

This is the last chance to win a 🏆 & for 🏆 winners ranked 31 & lower to improve their position in the standings for purposes of qualifying to play in the $4,000 TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP.

Thirty PGA players qualify for the TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP. You may draft one of those 30 PGA players in this tournament. (If for whatever reason there are less then 30 PGA players, then the number of 🏆 winners will be reduced accordingly. For example, if a PGA player withdraws, then only 29🏆 winners play in the tournament).
DRAFT ORDER – TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP
The player(s) with the most 🏆s won will draft FIRST regardless of their position in the final 🏆JBSGP standings. Ties broken by total earnings in the final 🏆JBSGP standings. The player(s) with the NEXT most 🏆s won will draft second with ties broken by total earnings in the final 🏆JBSGP standings. Wash, rinse & repeat until all 30 players drafted.
VI THE OFFICIAL RULES
OFFICIAL RULES - 🏆JBSGP
This is a One & Done (PGA players can only be picked once) golf pool.
ALL entry $100 entry fees will be paid out. players make money depending where they finish in the season ending standings.
Your pick must be posted on FGLWeb.com before 7 pm PST on the Wednesday before the start of each tournament. Our pool name is 2023 BONK. PASSWORD IS: Bonk. All players who fail to post before this deadline are SOL💩.
The FGLWEB.com site is the OFFICIAL site for determining your standing in the pool and ultimately the amount of money you will win. The higher you finish in the standings, the more money you make.
ALL PLAYERS are aware that there is a mandatory $5/week contest. You agreed to pay $5/week when you hit the “I Agree” button before signing up on the FGLWeb.com page (our pool name is 2023 BONK). Funds won/lost from these weekly contests will be settled with the Commish at the end of the season. In addition to the weekly contest, players may win/lose funds weekly as follows:
*TRIPLE BOGEYs (😱😱😱) - your pick gets a triple bogey or higher, you lose $26 and all the other players pocket @ $.50 each (based on 53 players).
* $5 ✂️ FAIL TO MAKE THE CUT ✂️- you lose $5 for missing the cut.
* $13 🦅 EAGLES - you earn $13 for all EAGLES your pick gets & that means all the other lose $0.25 for each Eagle (based on 53 players).
ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO BE WON COMPLIMENTS OF SOLITUDE FLY COMPANY
* $5,000 SOLITUDE FED EX CUP PLAYOFFS
In addition to above, SOLITUDE pays:
* $200 for a Double Eagle (If more then one winner, they split the $100).
* $100 for a HOLE-IN-ONE (if more then one winner, all winners split the cash prize).
* $100 if your player shoots a “59” in any round (if more then one winner, all winners split the cash prize).
*$200 if your player shoots a “58” or lower in any round (if more then one winner, all winners split the cash prize).

* $100 paid to the player with the most consecutive cuts made for the season
* $100 paid to the player with the most cuts missed for the season

$4,000 SOLITUDE FED EX CUP.....Only players who win a tournament (🏆) qualify to play in the SOLITUDE FED EX CUP, a separate tournament outside of the ⛳️JBSGP.
Players who qualify get to draft ANY player to win the Cup. PGA players will be drafted with the order of the draft determined by the total earnings won for the season (end of the BMW CHAMPIONSHIP) by all players who qualified. PGA player can only be drafted once.
The Commissioner Wins Too Clause
Contests sponsored by Solitude Fly Company won by the Commissioner (😎) will be paid equally to the Commissioner from the other losing players —-hole in one, double eagle, “59”, “58” & Fed Ex Cup.

DEWEY, CHEATEM & HOWE, attorneys @ law, represent the Commissioner of the ⛳️JBSGP where the two Golden Rules are applied to any & all clarifications of the above rules, any & all disputes and all matters regarding money.
