The first major of the year will be upon us in less than 2 weeks, the 2025 Masters at Augusta National in Augusta, GA on April 10th thru April 13th.
RULES FOR THIS YEAR’S MASTERS:
We will follow the same format as we have the last 28 years. Each participant will select 10 players. After the final round on Sunday, we will take the cumulative earnings of your 10 players and pay 1st Place thru 20th Place as follows:
1st Place: 30% of total pot (less $32 website fee)
2nd Place: 20% of total pot
3rd Place: 15% of total pot
4th Place: 9% of total pot
5th Place: 4% of total pot
6th Place: 3.5% of total pot
7th Place: 3% of total pot
8th Place: 2.5% of total pot
9th Place: 2% of total pot
10th Place: 1.5% of total pot
11th Place: 1.4% of total pot
12th Place: 1.3% of total pot
13th Place: 1.2% of total pot
14th Place: 1.1% of total pot
15th Place: 1.0% of total pot
16th Place: 0.9% of total pot
17th Place: 0.8% of total pot
18th Place: 0.7% of total pot
19th Place: 0.6% of total pot
20th Place: 0.5% of total pot
Last year, the Masters Total Purse was $35,000. Ties will be paid as follows: If there is a 2 way tie for 3rd place then both teams will split the 3rd & 4th place winnings, and so on.
YOU MAY SELECT ANY PLAYER IN THE FIELD ONE TIME PER TEAM, NO PLAYER IS OFF LIMITS. A PLAYER MUST MAKE THE CUT IN ORDER TO HAVE EARNINGS, AS APPEARANCE FEES DO NOT COUNT.
There is now a 2 team maximum per participant. The entry fee is $100 per team, due no later than 5pm Wednesday April 9th, 2025. Once again, we are using a web based entry form. In order to participate, you MUST register your team by going to http://www.fglweb.com/fgljoini.php?ifid=662 . This will take you directly to the JCC Majors Golf Pool website where you can register your team. Next, click on “I Agree”. Next, fill out your team name and personal information that is required. You will need to create your own user name and password to access your account. The code word to join this pool is “majorsgolf”, so type this in where asked. Next, you will be directed to the “Player Selection” page where you will select your 10 players via the drop down menu. The drop down menu contains every PGA player and others that have participated in any tournament so be careful and select only those players that you know are in the field for this tournament. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that the players you select are in the tournament and it is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your players and any sudden withdrawals. After you have selected 10 different players, then click Finish and you are done.
In order to participate in this pool, please make payment via PAYPAL, ZELLE, OR VENMO, drop off cash or check at my office, or put your cash or check in the mail ASAP as I must have your payment in hand before you will be able to view the other teams picks online. Checks can be mailed to my attention to: 909 Wirt Road Houston, TX 77024. PAYPAL and ZELLE is available to ccone@tricresources.com along with VENMO to @Ccone90. For those wanting to write checks, please fill out the amount of payment and sign but leave the TO: section blank. If you are uncomfortable doing this, then just make the check payable to CASH. If payment arrangements have not been made with me by the deadline, your entry will not be considered. You will NOT be allowed to view any other teams picks until your payment has been received, so make your payments early to avoid any confusion.

The website will allow entries & substitutions up until the deadline established for the tournament. After the deadline, all submitted entries become permanent, no exceptions.
