JJ Spaun takes the Texas Open

With a Sunday 67, Spaun comes back from 4 shots behind and takes the victory by 1 shot over 3 others - and takes the $1.7M top prize for this event.

As most of the top players took the week off in preparation for next weeks first Major - it appears to be a low money event with the $9.8M purse.

As DUGAY takes the week with $3.9M in prize money - followed by (last place) Nembhard3 with $3.7 and SilverFox at $3.5.

So onto Augusta this weekend and another crack at the Green Jacket for those on the invited to play list.......while Phil & Tiger will miss this years event...for various reasons!!!!

Gary Woodland runs away for the BIg Win

An emotional win for Gary Woodland - as he wins by 5 at the Houston Open - one that I'm sure all PGA players and fans alike feel good for his win.

It is also his first win since the US Open 7 years ago - and more importantly, 2 years after brain lesion surgery - he wins - with allot more than the $1.8M.

So with 19 taking Woodland and with a lower purse of $9.9M - Nkingston tops the week aith $4.5M, followed by Nembahrd2- $4.0 and BillP with $3.6M

So onto TPC San Antonio and the $9.8M Texas Open.
All while we see how the Tiger roll plays out - cant make this shit up!!
